The Chalet Host will help you pair wines with your evening meal and mix evening cocktails at the end of the night. Relax after dinner on the deck as your host serves you your favorite cocktail.

In-Chalet Services
Chalet Host

Your chalet hosts to role is to facilitate your perfect holiday. They are trained in hospitality and knowledgeable about the local courses, and they will be able to advise you on the best entertainments to suit your group. They will clean your clubs and arrange any servicing.

Private Driver

Our luxury 12-seater Mercedes is available to transport your group and clubs between the courses, meaning no designated drivers, with late taxi services upon request through your concierge.

Daily Maid Service

Your maid will clean the chalet from top to bottom after you have left to the course for the day. Rooms will be completely turned down mid-week, with towels on demand. The chalet will be perfect on your return.

Concierge

After making your deposit, you will be assigned a dedicated concierge. They will handle all your in-resort bookings from ski school to restaurant bookings or even a paragliding experience.

Airport Pickup

We can arrange for Airport runs from South Lake, Sacramento and Reno airports. Longer transfers (SFO/Oakland/San Jose) can be arranged via a third party.

Chef Consultation

Your host and chef will contact you before your arrival to discuss your preferred menu and any dietary requirements, including specialist ones.
